Pastor Christopher A. Bourne

Christopher A. Bourne is the Pastor of Bethlehem Church of Christ Holiness, in Pasadena, California. Known to many as Pastor Chris, since his pastorate began, the Bethlehem Church has gone from glory to glory both in spiritual and numerical growth. Pastor Chris’ bold, uncompromising, anointed preaching of God’s Word challenges and changes the hearts of men and women to become servants living in purpose of God’s calling in their lives.

Pastor Chris became the pastor of the Bethlehem Church in April of 2002. Pastor Chris has earned Degree’s in Behavioral Science from Citrus College, and Graduated Cum Laude from Vanguard University in Religion (with emphasis in Leadership and Ministry). Pastor Chris is furthering his educational goals pursuing his Master’s. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the Southern California School of Ministry.
In addition to his educational achievements, and received many accolades and has been recognized locally and nationally for some of the work in which he has done. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Elders of the Associated Churches of Christ Holiness and on the Executive Board of the Pasadena Community Clergy Coalition. Pastor Chris consults with ministers, political figures and various organizations dedicated to enhancing the community and ministries in which they serve.

God has enlarged Pastor Chris’ territory. He has been called upon to minister throughout the country and has extended his ministry into foreign missions. One of Pastor Chris’ proudest achievements is working with several missions organizations to support the furthering of the gospel and the rehabilitation of God’s people back to wholeness. Pastor Chris continues to work with his local ministry and other organizations by feeding and clothing the less fortunate in Pasadena and sharing ministry reaching as far as the continent of Africa giving resources and supporting ministries such as; Save the Children, Azusa Pacific Universities Missions and the National Church of Christ Holiness Foreign Missions program and many others.

Pastor Chris is married to the beautiful Lady Heather Bourne and they have one lovely daughter, Savannah Grace and a handsome son, Christopher II. Pastor Chris’ sole desire is to please God. He loves the Lord and loves the people of the Lord. Many souls have been saved, hearts have been encouraged and lives have been changed through his ministry. Pastor Chris’ philosophy is ‘Until Christ Returns, Our Mission Remains’!
